Body of Exterior Shell

Continue working in the round, but without increasing.

Rounds 1–7: Knit.

Round 8: *Yo, k2tog; repeat from * to end of round.

Rounds 9–30: Knit.

Round 31: *Ssk, yo twice, k2tog; repeat from * to end of round.

Round 32: *K2, p1, k1; repeat from * to end of round.

Rounds 33–42: Knit.

Do not cut the yarn.

Weave in all ends.

Concentration Zone

Join the Lining to the Exterior Shell

With the stitches still on the needles, turn the lining wrong side out.

Place the lining inside the exterior shell so that the live stitches on each top edge are parallel to one another. The wrong sides of the fabrics should be facing each other.

Continuing in the round, knit 1 stitch from the exterior shell together with 1 stitch from the lining. Repeat until all of the exterior shell stitches have been knit together with the lining stitches.
